After harvesting, we remove the hull. After a grain of rice’s hull is removed, it is considered brown rice. When brown rice is mechanically polished with a stone and the layer of bran is removed, white rice is left. As a result of milling, some of the grain is broken into pieces and that is called middlin rice. When rice is finely ground, rice flour is produced.
